Session Details:
Time: 4:20 pm - 5:20 pm, every Sunday
Location: Kaikorai Valley College
Dates: From 9th February through 13th April (please note there will be no session on 23rd March due to a Public Holiday)
The Skills Programme offers tools and guidance to help you improve your game and stand out on the court.

This program aims to boost your explosive power, agility, and overall athletic ability on the court. Through specific strength and conditioning exercises, players will:
